I have ordered about six pairs of gold very insoles with ankle support. I play competitive tennis and I have a pair of all six for my tennis shoes. They are also great for running and martial arts training. Before finding these awesome insoles, I had knee and back issues. I am 61 and with the help of Vktry insoles, I can whoop the 20-year-olds in tennis with ease. Also, if you have very worn and old sneakers, please don't blame Vktry for any discomfort as I found that these insoles work best with quality footwear as I wear Asics, Adidas for tennis, and under armour for cross-training. Granted, they still work well with worn sneakers, but breaking in the insoles with a quality sneaker brings out the best in these insoles. Thanks, David!!

I have suffered from knee discomfort from playing tennis over the last 5 years. Pretty much playing for 2 or more hours meant that it was very stiff in the morning the next day. A friend suggested insoles. I saw this advertisement and figured to go for a higher class version. I must say these are great. Compared to some other highly rated brands these are thinner which I really like. I highly recommend these soles for those suffering from knee pain

Bought these for tennis, where I am having to run explosively across concrete for hours, both for friendly and tournament play. So far have played twice in them and the biggest takeaways for me are that I am enduring at the highest level of footwork for a longer period of time, and my soreness of feet after match is basically gone. I am amazed at how quickly I am recovering. I give 5 stars because for me this is absolutely worth the price, no question. Sometimes you don’t know what quality product you’ll actually get when you purchase online. I am sincerely impressed and my feet are thankful!

Squash / Platform Tennis player. Bought the silver version and used on both courts. I’m no pro athlete, or even in that good of shape, but I felt a huge difference in explosiveness. Then I bought the gold version and put them in my squash shoes - even better than the silvers. I feel like I have half a step on the court and am getting to balls I never imagined possible
