- Pricing: All prices are displayed in your local currency, converted from USD using the average exchange rate over the past 30 days.
- Shipping: We ship internationally via DHL. Custom fees and taxes will differ with every country. You will receive a shipping cost estimate after you enter your shipping address and before you complete your purchase.
- 30 day currency rate lock: Orders in a foreign currency have a foreign currency rate lock applied for 30 days. This means that for 30 days after the order was placed, if you need to refund the order, the exchange rate will be the same as when the order was placed so you will not incur any losses should there be fluctuations in the currency’s value in the time the order was made.
- Duties/Customs/VAT: We do not provide refunds for any duties or customs paid on an order once the order is fulfilled. This includes VAT. If the full order is refunded prior to fulfillment, duties and customs will be refunded to you on the following payout date.
- Returns: For international shipments, please send the VK's back to our office address. Please put a note in the box when returning so we can identify who is returning the VK’s. Once we receive them, we will refund your order. We will refund you for the returned products only.
- Exchanges: If you do an exchange, the exchange would be treated as a "new" order in that it will go through customs and be charged duties & taxes (again); the merchant or buyer would have to pay for the second set of duties/taxes.
- Additions: If an item would need to be added, the original order would need to be cancelled and the customer would need to replace the order (with the new item in their cart). Changing the order affects applicable duties, taxes, shipping costs etc.
